As a former District Manager at Dollar General and Area Leader at Speedway LLC, he directly led large teams of 120–130+ employees, consistently delivering award-winning sales growth, significant shrink and turnover reductions, and stronger customer experiences in fast-paced environments.

Now serving as Senior Talent Partner, Jacob has transitioned from executing retail operations to strategically building them - partnering directly with the CEO, a seasoned industry executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in the gas convenience sector. Drawing on his deep understanding of what exceptional leadership looks like on the ground, he applies that insight to full-cycle talent acquisition and executive-level recruiting. With top-notch talent sourcing and interviewing capabilities, Jacob excels at identifying, assessing, and securing passionate and motivated professionals who deliver immediate impact on operations, culture, profitability, and sustainable growth.
