  • Retail Ready Insights reserves the right to refuse service or terminate engagement in accordance with these Terms.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the services requested.

  • Respond promptly to communications, approvals, and feedback.

  • Ensure all materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights.

Failure to provide required information may delay project delivery.

4. Payment Terms

  • Fees for services will be outlined in proposals or contracts.

  • Payments are due as specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges or project suspension.

  • Retail Ready Insights may require deposits or milestone payments depending on the service type.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property created by Retail Ready Insights remains the property of Retail Ready Insights unless otherwise agreed.

  • Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables for the intended purpose.

  • Clients retain ownership of any content or materials provided to Retail Ready Insights for project execution.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information exchanged during the course of the engagement, including business data, strategies, and personal information.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Retail Ready Insights is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or deliverables.

  • While we strive to provide accurate and effective marketing solutions, we do not guarantee specific results.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

  • Clients remain responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.

  • Retail Ready Insights reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of breach of terms, non-payment, or illegal activity.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Jersey. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the applicable courts of this jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

Retail Ready Insights may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is the client’s responsibility to review the terms periodically.
