7. Limitation of Liability
Retail Ready Insights is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or deliverables.
While we strive to provide accurate and effective marketing solutions, we do not guarantee specific results.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
Clients remain responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
Retail Ready Insights reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of breach of terms, non-payment, or illegal activity.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Jersey. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the applicable courts of this jurisdiction.
